hey does anyone that has mia or used to, find there gag reflex r really sensitive now, n find deep throating harder then they used to??? sorry weird question. its just im more ana now, then mia but my reflexes r still really sensitive, n wen give bj, i feel like im gona throw up cause im so sensitive to it

well yesterday i ate;
2 dandelion teas
2 coffee, instant
1 liquorice tea
1/2 a can of diet coke

and at dinner time my parents forced me to eat 4 green beans and two pieces of broccoli- i think thats about 30cals of food

and again no exercise ;( i had to work all day yesterday

which is down from yesterday, so thats better i guess
ill put a photo of myself when im at each of my goal weights!!

ive decided to write everthing i eat each day and post a photo with my stats until i reach my goal!

Food
5 pieces of rye bread with honey and peanut butter (70+40+40)times 5 = 750cal
1 dandelion tea = 20cal
1 diet coke = 1.5cal

TOTAL =771.5
round it up to 800cal

hw;112lbs
lw;98lbs
cw;108.2lbs
1gw;95lbs
2gw;90lbs
3gw;85lbs by 15th jan 07
4gw; 80lbs by feb 20 and keep it down!
not 100% on my height i will post that and a photo later today
Exercise non let! its boxing day probably fast and start exercising tommorrow!

does anyone find that they only eva binge on higher cal days, its like u know that your aloud more cals so you choose foods that you enjoy, and as soon as you enjoy eating food ur more likely to binge, where as if you are eating foods ur not addicted to or dont really like u wont binge??

i find it so much easier controling wat i eat on low cal days!!

please let me know what u think.....

hey, im so tired ive got ballet for to hrs tonite but am in the middle of a fast. Im so exhusted, does any one else feel constantly tired???

Ive been strugling with my weight for the past 3 years. Im just tired of being fat, and want my body slim down. Im a ballet dancer, so its a constant battle because when im fasting its almost impossible to do ballet for 5 hrs without fainting! Ive never used any of these pro ana sites, but im sick off doing this my myself, so ive come for ur support!
Im 49kgs which is 108.03lbs
And my goal is 39kg which is 85.98 lbs by christmas
